![]() This thing has become a money pit and I have yet to even ride it. The As02's are far better (NOt as good as the AS01's mind you) having dampening in both legs and being able to adjust compression and rebound along with air pressures and oil level, so they are tunable. My As03's would do it because they are KLX stlye and longer, but the dampening on them is marginial seeing as though theres only one cartridge in one leg and only rebound adjustment. I should just rebuild the AS02's and ride the damn thing, I was just looking to get a little longer fork for a more mid-sized look and possibly run 17/14 wheel tire combo. Boring the inside of the uppers is viable, but again, the hard anodized coating would be machined away. You'd be thinning out a vital support to the front forks, not too mention they have a hard anodized coating that would be machined away.
